The Alaskan Inn

Last weekend JD and I went on one of our little outings. We have decided that at least twice a year we need to get away with each other for at least one night. It has been a wonderful thing for our relationship. I LOVE my girls more than anything. But I have realized that I need a break from them once in a while so I can be a better Mommy to them. And I think they need a break from me as well.

This time I got an amazing deal on a room at The Alaskan Inn. I think JD and I both agree we could totally live there. It was beautiful. Especially all snow covered. And the room had a HUGE tub that I sat in for at least an hour and a half. I loved it!

I think this cute dog must have been the mascot. He was so old he could hardly walk and super friendly. JD just laughed at me that I had to stop to pet the dog and take his picture. What can I say...I am an animal lover!
We stayed in the Glacier Cabin.
Now if I could just talk him into going to Vegas next time. I think he might agree....not sure if our babysitters would though :)
