My little Daphne Dru turned 5 on December 28th. As I often do on my girls' birthdays I pulled out old pictures of her to remember her as a baby. I was well drugged for her birth and so it was by far my most pleasant. She was just the easiest baby. Hardly fussed and was a wonderful sleeper. Plus she had the cutest little chubby cheeks. She has slimmed down but still keeps remnants of these fabulous cheeks!
I am pretty sure that Kenzie's love of Tangled inspired Daffy's choice for her birthday cake.
A few of her presents
We call her Druzella because her middle name Dru is actually short for my Great Grandmother Druzella. We absolutely love her to pieces. She is the most stubborn spunky little girl and going to be Daddy's little hunter I am sure. However only if she can do it in style!

Well there's no reason to go trotting off into the forest with anything less than your fasionista self. Send those deer to heaven on a pretty sight. I mean really... that girl is wise beyond her years.
